We are currently seeking applications for the position of Supervisor to work in our flagship Perth Outdoor Experience store on the mezzanine level where the bootroom, climbing area and technical area are all located.

As Supervisor, you will be part of a strong and successful management team who strive towards ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided at all times.

Candidates applying for this position should have a high level of merchandising skills, the ability to motivate and excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as good product knowledge and previous footwear fitting experience. You will also have the ability to prioritise and delegate tasks to an agreed time scale.

It is essential that the successful candidate is a technical end user of the products we sell and has a keen and active interest in the outdoors.
