When looking for a boot with comfort and protection this winter then look no further.  AKU’s Superalp NBK GTX is designed for long distance, demanding treks when carrying heavy loads and a great all-rounder for winter hill walkers.

The dual density PU in the IMS 3-Exo mid-sole provides cushioning even on the roughest of terrain, ensuring high shock absorption and protection, yet comes in as a lightweight offering at 810g.  The 2.6mm nubuck leather upper is a Dani Sustainable Leather (processed in compliance with the European standards for environmental protection) especially treated to be fully waterproof and breathable making the boot not only highly aesthetical but also technical.

Stretch inserts on the front and rear of the cuff area ensure ankle mobility while the snug closure gives great support.  The rubber rand around the boot provides protection against contact with rocks.
