The only thing better than crawling into your tent with aching muscles after a day on the hill is waking up to the sunrise and starting the next day's adventure.
It's clear we are likely to be planning our adventures close to home this year so here's a selection from our range of tents; browse budget options for summer walking holidays and super-lightweight backpacking tents for all season expeditions.
For solo adventures
Hard to decide if the 2-season Coshee Micro is a budget tent or a luxury bivvy - it's definitely lightweight for the price at 1.4kg
At 2kg the Svalbard isn't the lightest tent in the 1-person class, but the Nordisk brings hardcore wind resistance and is ready for winter adventures.
The Allto TR1's very low weight of 1.11 kg can be brought down to a miniscule 'Trail weight' of just 938g, which is incredible for a three-season tent with this much headroom!

A free standing, 2-person dome tent, the Helm Compact 2 has 2 doors and 2 porches for great storage and at 2.35 kg it's practical for backpacking as well as campsites.
A very tough two-person tent that works well for hikers, the Telemark 2.2 PU won't fill up your packs or break your backs at just over 2kg.
An ultralight tent backpacking tent that's pricey but well featured, the Alto TR Plus 2 is a three+ season tent designed for colder weather adventures, coming in at just 1.458 kg – which can be split between two.
Planning a group trip
Tried and tested by trekkers and campers across the globe, Vango's Tryfan 300 is a great budget option for group camping whether on the hill or at a campsite.
Roomy, easy to pitch and practical, the Elixir 3 V2 is a great 3 season tent for 3 going wild.
With over 5m2 liveable space and just 1.95 kg to split between you, the Dagger is a 3 season, 3-person 1 tent wonder.
Comments
Anyone else a bit bored by green tents? I have four tents - blue, orange, yellow and red. They're conspicuous but they're nice friendly colours and look good in photos. Visual pollution? I've almost stepped on some green tents they're so hard to see.
