I think you might want to tell people, whether you are wanting:-
a) advice on what to buy.
b) Offers of equipment for sale.
c) Or donations of equipment
I'd guess if its c) then you might have used a few more niceties and a little more pleading.
If its b), then there is a section on the forum along the top row a red tab with £ a pound sign on it.
If its a) then perhaps some indication of what you want it for, such as walking, ice, mixed routes etc., etc.,
On the assumption that this was b) and based on a little deduction that somebody looking for C1 crampons is probably looking for winter walking / easy mountaineering stuff, I have sent the OP an email.
