Looking for a low grade/scramble option in the glencoe area to fit in before catching a flight from Glasgow. Maybe a 4 hour round trip as need to be off the hill by 1pm latest.  any suggestions please?

Without a significant change in the weather, all the winter options will be high up and too far too walk to in the time.

For a rocky scramble, this is quick to access (and descend from):  South Face of A' Chailleach (Grade-3)

A couple of low-level options spring to mind...

1) Zig-Zags on Gearr Aonach, then follow the ridge along to then pick up the path out from Coire nan Lochan.

2) Pink Rib on Beinn a'Chrulaiste

Curved ridge on the Buachaille Etive Mor. We did the scramble and ridge behind in a short day but just doing the scramble and back down should be half a day depending on how well you move.

Lagangarbh Buttress on Buachaille Etive Mor. I did it one evening when staying in the hut, can't remember exactly how long it took but it was definitely less than 3 hours round trip.

Should be doable in about 3 hours, if you are confident scramblers and don't need to rope up. Maybe even quicker if you descend from the end of the scrambling and don't go to the summit.
