As the weather is currently looking questionable for wednesday can anyone reccomend any good Grade III/IV routes which we will be out of the howling wind and away from any potential avalanches?

I was thinking about black spout butress but a little worried about avalanche risk from black spout gully on the approach

Thanks

In reply to Jackob:

TBH, I think Wednesday might be a good day to go ten-pin bowling.

Less discouragingly, I suggest Clova. In a westerly like this, Clova weather is usually a step less fierce than Lochnagar, which in turn is a step less fierce than the central Cairngorms.

Wherever you go you'll need to keep an alert eye of your own on the avalanche risk.
