Have you been to Himalayas? I want to know what are my options after trekking. Would it be nice to tour in their city?

In reply to Miranda Wells:   If you mean Kathmandu, then yes, well worth a visit.  I've been to Nepal several times but always have a couple of days in and around Kathmandu afterwards, it's somewhere you never tire of.  Other options as 'add-ons'  afterwards are mountain biking, white water rafting or trek in the jungle to perhaps see elephants and tigers.

If you are going to the Indian Himalaya, flying via Delhi there is loads to see and experience there, also it's a short train journey from Delhi to Agra where you can visit the Taj Mahal
