Any long term users of Grivel Tech Machines?

How durable are the plastic handle grips in the long term? Anybody had any issues? They look very flimsy and I'm wondering how they would hold up over several seasons...

I've not used the tech machine but I have used x monsters, which have the same type of handle, a lot over the last eight years with no issues at all.

I've been using Tech Machines for 3 seasons, no issues with grip what so ever.

Have the tech machine carbon and have used the regular tech machine quite a bit too. No issues for me at all. However its worth noting that Grivel changed from soft rubbery outers on the handle to more durable plastic types I think when the carbon was released. They don't peel or bend out like the older version which has been a concern in some reviews.

Worth checking when purchasing though!
