Otherwise climbers paradise website and app. I got a free copy of the kaunertal guide from the tourist office in Feichten. The new eispark at Oberreid isn't covered anywhere as last year was the first time. There's also the Eispark Osttirol near Matrei, which has info on it's site.
Maybe worth looking at Panico.de - I’ve used plenty of their ski touring guidebooks for that area and they’re very good (clearly and nicely presented) albeit in German. I know they do ice climbing guidebooks too but not used them.
