Jon Gay at the finish in Glen Nevis, 3 kbOver the weekend of 23-24 Feb Lochaber-based runner Jon Gay took a whopping three hours (plus) off the recent winter Ramsay Round record, with a stunning time of 23 hours 18 minutes.

In reply to Catherine Speakman: Aye, its incredible.. he's very humble about it, obviously he had good conditions but still that's a lot of time above 3000ft in the cold. But even though hard neve can make it quicker than summer in places its far more quad trashing.. well I find that anyway.

That's the run of the year for me.
