Replacement tent pole for North Face VE25 2015

I inadvertently lost one of the poles from my North Face VE25 tent. I contacted North Face about buying a replacement pole - but was told that they do not sell replacements.

Furthermore, as it was out of the warranty period  (it was bought in June 2015) the only option suggested by North Face was to buy a new tent.

The tent is in fantastic condition and I don't want to buy another one just because of a lost pole.

So - any suggestions on where I can source a suitable replacement? I'm currently using  an old quasar pole as a replacement - but it's a bit short and occasionally pops out.

Any help - much appreciated

I think there is several companies that offer a custom pole service, might be the best option.

I'm sure I saw tent poles for sale in GoOutdoors today, think they were for cheap tents, Eurohike etc. but they might be suitable.

Seem to be quite a few variations, hope this helps.

Would definitely recommend Scottish Mountian Gear as they’ve done several fantastic tent repair and pole replacement jobs for me- even doing one pole once

Where are you based, I have mothballed my VE25 as the flysheet was disintegrating and one of the poles snapped.  Tent bought around 2005 there or thereabouts.

I still have three poles, the inner tent plus all the pegs which could be used as spares.

No idea what the cost of postage would be.

That's very generous of you! I'm based in Edinburgh and would be more than happy to pay postage plus some compensation for your time.
