I own Hot Ice West but I wouldn't recommend buying it. In addition to being in German, it is missing a lot of popular climbs, and often lacks good directions to approach the crags. These days I always cross reference with another source before trusting it.
There's an awful lot of info on CampToCamp, you can use the filters to look for ice climbs of a given grade range or altitude.
I should also mention Simon Chatelan's new "Dry tooling & mixte Suisse ouest". It's in French and its main focus is mixed climbs, but it includes some ice too. I think it's great.
