I'm not particularly surprised, aren't they sometimes used for MS?
My only caveat would be that long Covid appears to be a whole range of symptoms (like other illnesses in the immune system arena), so whilst this may help some or even many people, it is unlikely to help all.
Let's hope it becomes easily available to those who would benefit.
