Winter trad in Europe? (or nearby)

Hi, I'm not sure if anyone can help on this, but am throwing it open in hope!

I've got some time off from late October onwards into Nov, and I'm looking to do a few days' trad climbing holiday.

The UK weather is just too unreliable, so I'm wondering if there's somewhere in Europe (or within a reasonable travel distance) that might work? I looked at the Dolomites, but the weather there doesn't look too promising around that time either!

Any hints gratefully received. I may be dreaming the impossible...

Thanks.

There must be lots of Trad in Mallorca. I've been several times (only clipping) but have walked extensively in the mountains as well. There are lots of impressive looking big faces that are almost certainly not bolted. Sea cliffs too. Did I read an article many moons ago about Mallorca trad?

It's also very easy/cheap for accommodation and car hire plus everywhere is fairly accessible given the size of the island.

As Al Randall suggests Morocco should fit the bill if it meets your Europe or nearby criteria.

There is trad in the Costa Blanca and also at some French crags(eg Verdon).
