Not sure exactly what the rent is but its between £420 and £450 per month I believe, all bills included.
My current housemate is moving out and the landlord is finding another tenant but figured I'd take the opportunity to try to find someone who doesn't spend all their time in their room, even eating all their meals in there, slams doors, has their girlfriend stay over for several days at a time, and basically doesn't give a s*** about their housemate.
I figured finding a climber gives me a better chance of finding someone who is willing to have a bit of a conversation when we cross paths in the house like a normal person.
