Apologies if this has been discussed before on other threads...

I'm in the process of trying to get rid of plantar fasciitis in my right foot (been months now) and wondered what people think are the best to give both support and some cushioning. I over-pronate so something structured for my inside arch would be useful.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Cheers

Invest in proper custom fit insoles - it will be the best money you've ever spent.

Spend the money on a physio instead.

Similar issues - best I’ve found having tried lots of off the shelf insoles are Currex (come in 3 arch heights - use the ‘high’) - find give helpful support to arch but light and flexible so don’t feel like adding restriction to running.

I've always been happy with Superfeet insoles over the years, not least because they're returnable after a spell if they don't seem to work.

If you've got serious problems, though, custom soles could be worth it, as above
