Finding trouser fabric online

I'm trying to source fabric similar to that used in E9 trousers (95-7% cotton, 3-5% elastane, bright colour, no pattern), it needs to be lightweight, in a sort of summer trousers type of way, but not so light that you can see through it or it tears the first time you sit on a rock.

I'm aware this stuff won't be particularly rugged and trousers made from it will be subject to repair/replacement but it's what I really like to wear.

I'm having trouble finding anything. Is selling fabric online not really a thing? It seems like even most of the top results google gives me have a relatively small selection of stuff that is even close to looking suitable (I found a few results on myfabrics.co.uk and ordered samples). Does anyone do this sort of thing as like a job or hobby or something and could give any advice on where to go?

https://www.extremtextil.de/

Has lots of technical fabrics but I've never searched for cotton stuff on there.

Ukfabricsonline.com has some outdoor fabrics. Dont know if you will get what you are looking for though. I got some nice lightweight tactel with water resistant finish from them and really happy with it.

Thanks guys, I'll check all those out. I tried Pennineoutdoor before and didn't find anything suitable and I'll have to try and get a translator going for the german one!

Edit: Oh, the German one has an english version too
