Anyone been up near scafell pike or langdale pikes recently and can give me a heads up on what the conditions are like at the minute?

I have no idea, but I suspect they are damp based on recent weather patterns. You could look here for the last couple of weeks using the dropdown. Are you intending to walk, climb or were you looking for some early ice?

Wet. The bit of snow on the fells has gone. 

I’ll be walking around the area at the back end of this week. I was just after current snow line if any etc. So I can monitor the weather this week and gauge what the ground will most likely  be like later in the week.....Thanks
