Credit due...Oprey Europe Customer service exceptional. An aged loved and airport abused Tallon (back Insert broken) was fixed with free of charge replacement back arriving in less than 24 hours.
I've had a similar experience when I ripped a hole in my rucsac squeezing through a stile. Asked for a quote for a patch, they asked me to post it to them and patched it free of charge and wouldn't let me pay for the return postage.
