Try the Swiss Meteoblue. Their basic model is usually good (haven't tried it in France, but did in other Alpine countries nearby), but you can look at their multimodel (comparison of different forecast models) - interesting weather forecast models to look for in the alpine are AROME2 and COSMO2 (2km resolution, by Meteo France and German weather bureau respectively, but being detailed they are both very short term) plus their own NEMS4 or NMS4. All four do take into account topography and elevation somewhat, unlike less detailed general models (especially for temperatures and wind speeds).
