Could I replace the insole on some old shoes?

I have an old pair of Red Chili Sausalitos that I used to climb in regularly. I stopped for a long time and have recently got back into it, bought myself a shiny new pair of 5.10s for bouldering, but they are quite tight and probably wont be much good for the outdoors when my dad finally manages to drag me back out to the crags!

I was just wondering if it's possible to get the insoles replaced on my old pair of Sausalitos? The rubber is still good and they are super comfy, however the insole has snapped at the toe. It seems a shame to buy a whole new pair for the odd trad climb so is there anywhere I can get these done, or alternatively buy the insole and do it myself. I see lots of options for getting the soles repaired but nothing about insoles!

Any advice is appreciated.
