He must have the VO2 max of a horse... Finlay Wild has set a new fastest time on the Welsh 3000ers, breaking a record that's stood for 31 years. His time of 4:10:48 finally betters Colin Donnelly's legendary 4:19. This comes just days after he set a probable new record on the Snowdon Horseshoe.

That's just fantastic. And Nicky Spinks just started her double Paddy Buckley attempt. Must be something in the Welsh water this week...
