I bought a Thermarest Prolite around 20 years ago (I think), never abused it but sadly found it to be deflating a few months ago.
I had a bash at repairing it but was not successful so I contacted Cascade Designs to see if it could be repaired professionally. I was perfectly willing to pay for this given the age of the mat. They were very helpful and advised me to post it to them direct in Ireland which I did.
Today I have come home to find a brand new mat waiting for me! Hats off to them! What a great service.
