I had/have some Scarpa SL's and some Mammut Trovats both 43 and i feel my Nepals are slightly narrower than the other two. However, I've also found that when buying my Nepals, no 2 pairs were the same so I had to try on a few pairs to find the right one (including different sizes). So I suppose it goes without saying, they are not ones to buy online (as with any boot really).
