We are recruiting for a proactive and commercially-aware Deputy Manager to work alongside the Store Manager to take responsibility for the day to day management and help drive the commercial development of our Aberdeen store.
Your primary responsibilities are to help manage staff activities and performance to achieve agreed budgets and increase the overall sales within the store, whilst consistently promoting exceptional customer service standards.
You will have excellent communication skills as you will be required to ensure that regular communication and support is provided to all staff regarding operational and marketing activities within the store. You will also have good analytical and leadership skills and be able to delegate tasks effectively.
A flexible and positive approach towards tasks and working times is an important part of this position due to the opening hours of the store.
This is a great opportunity to undertake a management role of a well-established store within the Tiso business.
Salary - £Competitive, depending on experience
