CAN has numerous rope access technician vacancies available. Working onshore across both sides of the business, Geotechnical and Structures, all applicants must hold an IRATA ticket (Level 1, 2 or 3).

Established in 1983, CAN became the first UK rope access contractor. We undertake a wide range of services, including ground engineering, structural installation and maintenance, providing specialist access within all aspects of the construction and civil engineering markets.

An expanding workload has resulted in this invitation to hard-working, mechanically minded applicants to join our team.

The work is varied, challenging and rewarding; camaraderie is legendary, with well-trained and extremely professional hands-on technicians. As a results of the diverse contracts, CAN works anywhere within the UK on short or long duration projects. From time to time CAN does work overseas.

What are we looking for?

Ideally, individuals will be willing to travel and work weekends, used to working outside and have a conscientious attitude to health and safety. Existing masonry and brickwork skills are desirable although not essential.

Enthusiasm and a willingness to work and learn are important although experience or trade skills are undeniably advantageous. Full specialist training shall be provided and good salary opportunities exist for those applicants who are successful.
