Might be worth checking the specs again. You've written that it's  183cm long.

Aye. 1m and 83cm long would seem about right?

£290 for an air mattress!!

No wonder they are giving them away, no one would be mad enough to buy one.

It's clearly far too narrow to share. And being comfortable down to -48C seems over- engineered. I've just bought a similar but wider car-camping product in Decathlon for £40.

Read that as "perfect vehicle for camping".

Disappointed

Has anyone got the single version of this?  Bonus points if you can compare it to an Alpkit Dozer.  I can't really see why you'd pay £100 more over an Alpkit Dozer.  Unless you're on an actual expedition, in which case, fair enough.

In reply to TheGeneralist:

183cm is correct. 1.83 metres or 1m 83cm

A Long/Wide version is also available at 197cm long and 132cm wide.

I have one of these single mats and is with out doubt the best Mat I’ve ever owned. I generally suffer with poor sleepless nights when camping and this has definitely helped. It is as comfortable as my bed at home and while it is pricey it is better than anything else on the market in my opinion. I often use this Mat for prolonged periods up to 2 weeks at a time and for that reason feel I have had my monies worth. I suppose if your only out for a few nights a year you would be better off with a cheaper version but if you are out for a lot of nights each year I would recommend the exped mega Mat 100%
