Can anyone please recommend a good all round scrambling guide book that covers most of the well recognised routes in the UK?

I could be wrong, but I don't think there is one.

Dan bailey's mountain ridges books probably the closest, but there are two volumes- one for Scotland, one for England/wales/Ireland- and both extend into lower graded climbs and winter routes.
