Today there were loads of teenagers in party mood at Hawkcraig (Abedour), a couple of rocks were thrown at climbers at the west end of the crag, one hit a climber, a minor injury, small patch of bruised skin. Posted this just to let everyone know.

Scary stuff. Was it reported to the police? They ought to be made aware, as it's not an isolated incident and the potential consequences are obvious.

I'd always wear a helmet there, and not hang around at the base of the crag, particularly if there are any youth in situ...

A common but dangerous issue that could have serious consequences.
