I am after a recommendation for a circular route in the Lakes

What I want to do is two days - carrying tent and food so camp half way

20 miles a day - reasonably straight forward navigation with a lot of climbing
Accessible water sources
Somewhere to camp half way
Somewhere to leave car at start

Any recommendations of routes?

Your requirements are easy to achieve.
Less travelled areas will be deserted.
Weather will dictate some route choices if windy or very wet.
World's your oyster.

Some variation on an extended Lakeland 3000-ers would fit the bill https://www.ukhillwalking.com/logbook/r/?i=483

Old County Tops. 37m 10,000ft of climbing.

Start and finish in Langdale. Camp in Mosedale.
