The Outside Crag Clean up is back, in association with Wild Country and theBMC and this year with our ace new neighbours, Alpkit.

Most of us do a bit of "wombling" on our way around the Peak, tidying away other people's rubbish. The Crag Clean Up is a chance to clear up the crap, leave the place even prettier than we found it and celebrate with a burger and a beer afterwards.

If you'd like to join us, please drop by the Outside store in Hathersage any time after 9.30 on Saturday 15th July to pick up a plastic bag. Continue on your day's climb, run, walk or whatever you were already planning, but stop along the way to clear up a bit. (There's often a far more impressive haul at the car park than the crag itself!)

Then bring your loot to back to Outside between 6.00 and 7.00pm where you can grab a free litter picker's barbecue and a beer - thanks to the BMC and Outside.
