The Climbing Lab is a dedicated bouldering facility boasting some of the best indoor bouldering in the Yorkshire area.

Positions Available:

Full-Time (37.5hrs) Operations Manager

The Climbing Lab is the newest and most innovative bouldering centre in Leeds. Our primary goal is to deliver an amazing and high quality climbing experience to customers. Secondary to this we are trying to put ourselves at the forefront of changes in the sport, taking a modern approach to how we introduce people to bouldering and applying elements of sports science that are used at the highest level of competition climbing to all levels of climbers. The ultimate outcome is to create lifetime participants in the sport who enjoy an active and healthy lifestyle, which includes bouldering outdoors. As a part of The Climbing Lab Team you will be expected to promote these values both at work and at the crag.

The Ideal applicant will be successfully assessed for CWA or higher, have attended fundamentals 1 and 2 and hold current first aid certificates.
