Walking / Trekking in the Atlas Mountains
My partner and I are planning a short trip to Morocco in August (perhaps not the nest time of year to visit) and we're going to be based in Marrakech for a few nights. We'd really like to break out of the city and do a Trek in the Atlas Mountains, possibly staying overnight somewhere.
The problem we're hitting is that a lot of the information online seems to be for people who want easy access to tourist sites, with driving in-between. We're more interested in getting a bit off the beaten track. Can anyone suggest a good source of info on this type of thing?
