Any of the Keswick ones- Castlerigg farm, c and c club site, scotgate in braithwaite, Lane foot at thornthwaite, will be fine. Touch and go at hollows farm in grange, but nothing further south in borrowdale.

I seem to remember a reasonable data signal at Low Wray campsite with Vodafone. Network coverage map seems to confirm it.
