Beta Climbing Designs is a fast growing and developing UK distributor of climbing products, climbing holds and Ultra-running equipment based in Sheffield.The RoleAs a UK Sale Representative (Climbing) you will be responsible for managing all your own accounts with regards to both retail product and climbing hold sales, your focus will be on UK climbing walls.

You will represent a diverse portfolio of 17 climbing brands distributed by Beta Climbing Designs. You will be expected to support this with product training, as well as representing Beta Climbing Designs brands at customer events and trade shows.

You will be expected to continue and grow relationships with existing accounts, as well as being proactive in finding new sales opportunities that are appropriate and sustainable for Beta Climbing Designs and the brands.

You will analyse sales data, identify opportunities, and develop appropriate strategies for growth. You will report to management on a regular basis, with the ability to communicate feedback on customers and the general market activity.

You will participate in weekly team briefings and work closely with the whole Beta Climbing team to ensure delivery exceptional customer service to your accounts.

The Person
We are looking for a candidate that is enthusiastic, self-motivated, professional and has a strong enthusiasm for climbing!

You must have the ability to solve problems, be creative and prioritise tasks appropriately. Good interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written form.

The ideal candidate will have experience of retail in climbing walls and/or outdoor retailers, an enthusiasm for climbing products and equipment and have some experience in route setting.

Salary dependant on experience.
