There is an excellent guidebook to the sport crags of Scotland - http://www.smc.org.uk/publications/climbing/scottish-sport-climbs
More crags have been developed as sport climbing venues since 2013 when the guide was published but there are plenty of excellent crags in the guide to keep you busy for many visits.

Up North West the best of them are probably Goat Crag, Creag nan Cadhag, Glutton Crag, Creag nan Luch
All the new developments up there are covered in the 2nd Edition of 7aMax Scottish Sport (2015)

More due west, Tunnel Wall (Craig a Bhanciar) in Glen Coe is good, albeit hard and a bit neglected.
Out west from Ft William - Rannochan and Black Rock (Arisaig) are both worth a look if you are in the area.
Arvorlich is not really much to write home about

Have fun!

I thought Ardvorlich was really good! Certainly not expansive, but makes up for it with quality crimpy slab mellowness!

Sorry, I'm with Toph on this one. I'd not climb at Ardvorlich again ... even if I lived there!

That's a hard question to answer without any info on your preferred grades..... Having a look through either of the excellent guides mentioned above is probably your best starting point.
