Osprey aftersales service

I know we love to name and shame poor aftersales on the forum (or at least I do) but I've had totally the opposite experience with Osprey with one of their packs.

Muppet that I am, I managed to snag my Exos 48 pack and ripped a small hole in the side. I contacted Osprey via their website explaining what I had done and requesting a quote for a repair. They replied very quickly that they would happily repair it free of charge!
I received the bag back yesterday with a nice wee patch over the damage after a very quick turnaround on their part. They wouldn't even charge me for the return postage cost.
Spectacular customer service. Well done Osprey
