April BMC Cymru Wales Area Meetings and Film Nights

Come along to one of our regular gatherings of climbers and walkers in Wales and get involved in the work of the BMC.

North Wales: Monday 10 April
Padarn Hotel, Llanberis

Mid Wales: Wednesday 12 April
White Lion Hotel, Machynlleth

South Wales: Thursday 13 April
Fulton House, Swansea University

A major talking point of the meetings will no doubt be the motion of ‘no confidence’ in the BMC Executive Committee, which will be voted on at the BMC AGM on 22 April.

All three meetings start at 7.30pm and each meeting will be followed by a screening of three BMC TV films: Hard Rock, Bothy Project, Three Women and the Three Old Men.

All are welcome; food will provided by the BMC.

I was hoping to make to one of the meetings before the MONC but having it the day before a bank holiday (Swansea meeting) means I will miss it because I'll be going away to actually do some climbing.
Typical, when the meeting is happening 100 yards from my office rather than in Cardiff or the arse end of nowhere is it usually is.
