Has anyone here ever managed to get OR to replace some clothing on warranty?
If so how did you do it?
I used the form on their website, no reply after some weeks.
Sent a message to their Facebook page who apologised and gave me an email address, still no reply after 3 weeks.
Went back and was told 'sorry that's the only option, we're not well set up in europe'.
Quite frustrating as you pay for great gear and a supposedly good warranty but when something goes wrong you're on your own.
Expensive pair of gloves that came undone in under a year... won't be buying OR again
