There is a sign on the gate by river crossing beneath the crag, & NT plans to put signs on upper approach today.

I used to work in that part of the world and never saw them in the area, have they returned from having previously bred there or is this a new occurrence?

No, they've been around for years but not generally nesting on the main crag.
