Caravan with wooden terrace and roof in Brenta Dolomites
For a mere 1,500 pounds, we are selling our caravan on a site in the ski resort of Pinzolo in the Brenta Dolomites. Its 7.20m long and the roofed terrace is 16 sq m. It has a massive double bed that can easily be changed for bunk beds. Although this is an old caravan, it’s cosy, warm and watertight. We’ve used it for three months in winter and the same in summer every year for the last 14 years and are only selling cos we’ve bought a motorhome. The Truma heater, cooker, sink and fridge are all under two years old. There is a cross-country ski circuit literally 30 ft from the camp site, while the ski lift in the town opens up 340 km of piste in the Skirama arena. In close proximity we have climbing (Guide’s Route, Campanile Basso, crags etc), via ferrata and stunning walks. Val Genova and the 300-foot Nardis waterfall is a short walk (ice climbing when frozen). The site is open all year round and we are currently paying 2000 euros for the year.
