Hello,

I am after some advice please. Having Instructed climbing both indoor and outdoor for many years i am looking at doing some work for the first time in a year or so. I have been asked by a company I am looking to do some work with to take out my own Public Liability Insurance. I know this is a perfectly acceptable request, just one I have always managed to avoid so far by using providers insurance.

Would anyone be able to recommend good companies for this before I blindly start gathering quotes please?

Many Thanks
Stu

In reply to stu84:

If you hold climbing qualifications you might want to look at the Insurance package offered by the Mountain Training Association / Association of Mountaineering Instructors. As a group negotiated cover the premiums are fairly reasonable.

Thank you Andy, I have looked at these and they do seem to be be reliable and competitive.
