Hello, this is a long shot but I thought I would try. I received an XL black diamond momentum harness for Christmas but unfortunately it is too big and the shop does not accept returns. Would anyone be willing to swap it for a large?

If it was bought online/mail order then the buyer has fourteen days from the time they received the goods to return the item under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you bought it from an actual shop or it was received more than fourteen days ago then you're out of luck.
