My other half has worn out TWO of these, she doesn't climb but wears one most days because...
It's black. Grey external seam tapes add to the Gary Numan/goth factor. There is no pink, plum, cerise, etc.
It's waterproof. Very much so. And windproof. And fits in size L. And the second one had a hood too.
It's not made by TNF ("a ned brand"), Rab (their stuff not a good fit on me).
Both times she bought one when I was looking for one for myself reduced in price (think she paid £75 and £100) and has got at least 3 years from each before it"s all bobbly from handbag and rucksack and the taped seams have been ironed back on until they no longer stick.
So, I hoped to buy her summat as a surprise Xmas present. The Ozonic looked nice, but I think is just a rainshell, very thin.
Any advice? Please?
