Is it possible to creatively reword it?

No. Read the logbook guidance.

There are copyright issues. As far as I'm concerned information added to routes in the UKC logbooks are from personal experience of that route and not intended to replace the guidebook.

'The route information (Including slippy hold on the left eg.) and the approach?' If you've done the route then surely you can describe in your own words?

Not entirely sure about that. Agree with the copyright bit and not supposed to replace guidebook, but I think the place for subjective personal experience of the route is the personal notes; the climb info (if any) being confined to a brief route description (avoiding the exact wording of the guidebook), FA info, etc. That's how I proceed, anyway.
