Hi all,
Is there a cheap no thrills hotel/motel chain in Italy?
I am about to embark on a 4 week camping road trip to Corsica with my family, and will be catching the ferry from Livorno to Corsica, the ferry leaves at 08.00hrs. After a long drive, the last thing I want to do is pitch a large 4p tent, and then pack it back up early the next morning.

Look up IBIS hotels, they exist in Italy.

They don't really do chains there, so most hotels are independent but may come under an umbrella 'chain' websites as a kind of third party - Best Western style

Your best bet is Booking.com. There are loads of hotels in Livorno.
