I started to read and was enjoying it then my eyes started to bleed as you have white text on dark background, can still see lines in front of my eyes !

Something I plan on doing before I'm 40,
Now I have a good idea what it involves.

Can I ask what your highest winter and trad grades are please?

What's the first thing to do in the process of getting some qualifications?

Really sick of my job now and this has really opened my eyes.
