If tape (Duck or Tenacious) won't do it try Lancashire Sports Repairs http://www.lancashiresportsrepairs.co.uk/ in Burnley. Or there's a lady in the Market hall in Blackburn who does clothing alterations - I dare say she could sew it up -might be worth asking?
PS - just looked and see you're also from Preston - when I still lived there I used to go to Barbara Rawlinson's on Shepherd Street for clothing alterations etc - being local it might be worth asking them in there as a first port of call.
Cheers, I'll pop it to the place on Shepherd street then. I should imagine they can do it a lot cheaper than the £27 advertised on Lancashire sport repairs. (extortionate much)
Lorraine McCall began her attempt today at a continuous, self-powered round of the Grahams, a four-month tour of upland Scotland combining walking and bikepacking. If successful, she'll be the first person that we know of to do it.
