In reply to UKC/UKH Articles:

The Hillwalking categories all point at the original photos rather than the Competitions area, so all have the original votes.

Also, 3 of the Hillwalking pictures should really be in Winter Hillwalking
In reply to Simon Caldwell:

I think we must have noticed that around the same time, just sorted that out.

As for the categories, we elected to keep each image within it's original category - that way things were kept nice and simple. That said, I am inclined to agree that there are a few that could be in either/or/both...

Wow, that is a set of photos! Some truly outstanding shots. In fact, pretty much all of them!

Congratulations to all who made the final.

Also, there's no Ben Tibbetts category.

In reply to planetmarshall:

There does seem to be a James Rushforth category though! (unlucky, CH...).

I’m no advocator of indoor competitions but thought your shots were class and voted correspondingly. With so many categories, this does seem like an omission to me also.

The gallery has now been hidden.

Votes will only be counted up until the official deadline, which was indeed 1st January. We will be announcing the prize winners shortly, but are awaiting confirmation from Tim Glasby as to his podium choices and Marmot for the prizes.

In reply to Rob Greenwood - UKClimbing:

Hey Rob, any updates on the winners? Not sure if it was posted and I missed it, but I can't find anything.

In reply to Kieran Duncan:

Funnily enough I wondered the same thing today. I realise now I was searching for 'competition'rather than 'award' so couldn't even find this thread!

In reply to Kieran Duncan:
Hi Kieren,

I've been chasing this up, but am still awaiting word back from the sponsors regarding the prizes and Tim Glasby regarding the Top 3 .

I've got a meeting with them later today (we're currently out at a trade show in Germany) and I'm going to try and get the details confirmed then. Rest assured I haven't forgotten, it'll be up in the montage as soon as we've received word through.

That said, please accept my for the delay - I too am looking forward to seeing the results!

Hi Fraser, sorry about that - I somehow missed your other thread.

A "trade show, in Germany", a likely story....
 Fraser 25 Jan 2016
In reply to Rob Greenwood - UKClimbing:

No problem. Enjoy your <cough> trade show. Sounds tough.

Still nothing? Or is it rolling into Photo Award 2014/15/16. Got a nice ring to it that.
In reply to andi turner:
Hey Andi, once-again - please accept my apologies for the delay.

I chased this up again yesterday, hopefully I'll have an answer by the end of the week (although I think I said that two weeks ago now). It would suffice to say that UKC is not the reason for the delay, but that's no excuse really...

Apologies once-again for the delay.

Rob
