Not a good idea imho, it just pushes it towards others areas. The 'non-free' areas such as the camping site at Loch Lubnaig, which has been put in place already, gets virtually no custom. There has been no effort to think up any other solutions such as bins and composting toilets. It is in my opinion a backdoor way to dilute or reverse the outdoor access code / law which has been hard won for all the people in Scotland and visitors.
